FAQ: What are your lead times? We adjust our lead times frequently and list them below the price on individual product pages. Please be patient, our skilled craftspeople make everything to order so you get exactly what you want.
FAQ: Do you offer samples? – Yes. Samples can be ordered directly off of the website. We highly recommend ordering samples of any product you are considering so that you can see the colors and witness the amazing textures. Since every monitor is different, this is the most effective way to be sure you get exactly what you want. The cost of up to 5 samples will be credited towards your full product purchase.
FAQ: Can I return my products? – Yes but shipping and restocking fees apply.
Please note that we highly recommend obtaining samples of any product prior to ordering. This allows you to see the colors and witness the amazing textures. Since every monitor is different, this is the most effective way to be sure you get exactly what you want. The cost of up to 5 samples will be credited towards your full product purchase.
If you need to return merchandise, please follow this process to assure proper credit.
1. To start the return process, call us at 800-651-4223 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to get the address you will be shipping to. We are not responsible for any merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number nor can we be responsible for extra shipping charges if items are shipped to an incorrect address. If you are returning merchandise because it was damaged in shipment, please read the If Your Shipment Is Damaged section.
2. Send back any returned merchandise in its original packaging with proper packaging material intact. Claims cannot be filed on items not properly and securely packaged.
3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the boxes.
4. Arrange and pay for the return shipping, including any shipping insurance. (We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error [you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.]).
5. You are also responsible for a 25% restocking fee.
6. We must receive and inspect all merchandise returned to Barron Designs.
7. Items must be received by Barron Designs within 30 days of date the RMA was issued.
FAQ: Are there any stores where I can see your products? No. We apologize but we do not have any dealers or stores as we are strictly an internet based company. We highly recommend ordering samples of any product you are considering so that you can see the colors and witness the amazing textures. FAQ: Do you have catalogs available? – No. In order to give customers access to the most current offerings our complete assortment is available to view our website.
FAQ: Do you have any installers that you recommend? - Being that we are internet based business we do not have any installers that we can recommend.
You may want to check out our installation guide as you will find that our products are very easy to install.
FAQ: Do you offer a military discount? - We do offer a 10% military discount off of your product total. You will need to contact our customer experience and design support team at 800-651-4223 to place your order and receive this discount. The team is available to assist you Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
FAQ: Do you offer trade pricing? - We do offer trade pricing (10%) to those contractors/designers who can provide a copy of a valid resale certificate or contractor license. You will need to contact our customer experience and design support team at 800-651-4223 to place your order and receive this discount. The team is available to assist you Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
