FSorb is an environmentally friendly acoustic product made from thermally bonded recycled polyester plastics. FSorb contains NO adhesives, paints, coatings, VOC’s, formaldehyde, itchy particles, wood, agricultural or paper products.

FSorb has a Red List Free - Declare® Label to support HPD’s for LEED and Living Building Challenge projects. They are provided upon request.

NO paints, coatings, adhesives or sealants are used to manufacture FSorb, it is thermally bonded.

RECYCLED CONTENT
The recycled content varies depending on the availability of recycled PET fibers. The recycled content range is between 65% – 96% depending on product, color and location of manufacturing.

MANUFACTURING LOCATION
FSorb is a Buy American Product. FSorb is manufactured and shaped in Woodinville, Washington. Raw materials are sourced within the United States and South Korea. 

SOURCING OF RAW MATERIALS
The recycled polyester comes from PET plastic fibers which are sourced from a variety of locations near the manufacturer and vary depending on availability.

END OF LIFE CONSIDERATIONS
FSorb products are recyclable curbside almost everywhere and also at specialty plastic recycling facilities. FSorb is made using PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) which is the most used plastic and can be infinitely recycled. FSorb is recycled and recyclable.

UL EPD CERTIFICATION 
The UL EPD certification Mark indicates that UL has independently reviewed and certified the manufacturer's environmental impact disclosure that constitutes the EPD.
