Real Wood L-Headers

Our wood beams are all made from virgin wood and built to have the ultra-realistic look of reclaimed wood beams. Our real wood headers are expertly handcrafted by our in-house artisans. It begins with pieces of virgin red cedar which are distressed and finished with an innovative treatment process. This process transforms the new wood to resemble antique lumber salvaged from barns and other period structures. Through a proprietary wood finishing process, the wood takes on a beautiful, weathered color that is characteristic of genuine barn wood. The added benefit of virgin wood is that it is less prone to warping, cracking, twisting and checking. Even better, you won’t find any insects living in this wood
