Arched beams made of faux reclaimed wood mimic the look of structural timber made from century-old barn siding, but more budget friendly and easier to install.

The curvature of the beams makes them ideal to outfit an archway or create a stunning truss when paired with our straight Reclaimed beams.

Using an innovative injection-molding process, we construct the beams using high-density polyurethane. We then hand-texture and finish the material to give it a solidly realistic appearance.

This material is lighter in weight than real wood for easier handling, but it’s tough against deterioration. Its closed-cell structure defends against heat, cold, moisture, insects and more without need for annual sealing or painting.
